At Crest, our Connections Program provides personalized and group support to help individuals discover new opportunities, both within Crest and throughout the community 💚

One of the unique ways we support skill development is through our three small business social enterprises. These businesses provide meaningful training and employment opportunities for individuals accessing our services, helping them build confidence, develop valuable workplace skills, gain hands-on experience and work toward greater independence.
