Across Ontario, over one million people, including seniors, people with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or injury, rely on community support services. Supports and services such as transportation, meal delivery, at home assistance and respite care often go unnoticed, but are the lifeline that helps people live safely and independently at home, instead of in hospitals or long-term care.

This October, we say thank you to the front-line workers, the coordinators, and the caregivers that help support this important work.
